Team norms can be considered as set of rules and guidelines that a team can establish for shaping the interaction of its members with one another and with the employees who are not a part of eth team. Team norms play an important role in behavior and cohesiveness of the group as sometimes these norms are considered as ground rules, which revolve around how the team members of a team will communicate, conduct and interact themselves as team members (Uhl-Bien & Schermerhorn, 2018).
